    2.1化学混凝法

    化学混凝法主要有沉淀法和气浮法,此法经济有效,但产生化学的污泥需进一步处理。常用的有无机铁复合盐类。近年来国内外采用高分子混凝剂日益增多。天然高分子絮凝剂主要有淀粉及淀粉衍生物、甲壳质衍生物和木质素衍生物3大类。用NaOH作催化剂将玉米淀粉和醚化剂M反应制得的阳离子淀粉CST,用量为7~15mg/L时,对酸性染料、活性染料的脱色率达90%以上。用接枝聚合制得的木质素季胺盐絮凝剂处理J酸染料废水,絮凝剂中的季胺离子与废水中的磺酸基团生成不溶于水的物质,投量20mg/L,色度去除率达90%。
